Do we just paint the roof?
No, we fully restore the roof. What's the difference? Restoration is the complete repair and renovation of your roof including the integrity of the structure and coating. Painting is just that; painting and nothing more - no repairs, no preventative measures, just paint.
Are we licensed?
Yes. We hold licenses from the Building Services Authority. We are also members of the Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Association.
How long will my roof restoration take to complete?
It actually takes approximately three (3) days. There is no disruption to your lifestyle and we do not need access to the interior of your home.
Are we insured?
Yes, definitely.
Do we take all safety measures?
We adhere to all occupational health and safety measures relevant to the workplace.
How good is our colour range?
We have an excellent colour range and can also match your desired colour.
Do we have a guarantee and if so, for how long?
Yes, we have a ten (10) year guarantee on our Dulux Acra-Tex Roof membrane and 7 years for workmanship. Only top quality products are used. Most of our competitors only offer seven (7) years or less; usually on materials only.

Do we only restore tile roofs?
No. PJ Roofing brings all types of roofing surfaces back to life; as well as installation of whirly birds (roof ventilators), sky lights and gutter guards. We also install insulation and can supply you with the necessary forms for your Government rebate (if eligible).
Should you clean the roof yourself?
As with most work, the key is in proper preparation. It is best if we clean and sterilize the roof for you to ensure the best job and longetivity.
What roof membrane do we use?
Dulux Acra·Tex. We are the only Dulux Acra·Tex accredited, licensed applicators in the Wide Bay / Burnett region, so you get the back up of Dulux as well as our guarantee on workmanship.
